The Academy is where it all began for ACF and having started out with just a few children each lesson the group now has in excess of 100 pupils across all sessions. We offer varying types of genres form Street Jazz to Ballet and Drama.

The Academy offers Street and HipHop classes on Tuesday evenings and Ballet, Tap, Modern and Drama lessons on Thursday Evenings.

All Dance sessions work towards the N.A.T.D. syllabus which Amanda feels so passionately about as this is the dance body that gave her such a good grounding for progressing her career. We also incorporate teaching techniques from I.S.T.D. and R.A.D. dance organisations across the curriculum and to progress our advanced classes.

Lessons are always working towards a goal whether it be exams, showcases, competitons or our two yearly show. We feel it is important to give all pupils something to work towards as it helps to motivate them and keep them interested through out the year.

The main tutors at the Academy are Miss Caroline and Miss Amanda so the pupils really do get the best tuition from people who know what it takes to succeed in Dance and Drama.
